  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or festivals, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship all orders via reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to monitor the delivery.
  • Delivery time depends on your location:
    • Within Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
    • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
    • Other Locations in India: 5–8 business days

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

📍 Delivery Areas

  • Currently, we ship across India.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.

🛑 Delays & Responsibility

  • While we try our best to deliver on time, we are not responsible for courier delays due to weather, strikes, lockdowns, or operational issues.
  • We are also not liable for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
